I hate to admit it, but my local public library will not be able to support my reading needs for this class. Please don't get me wrong: I love my public library. I use my public library. I am proud of my public library. However, they just reopened after an extensive expansion and the books I need are not yet available because the library doesn't own them or they are checked out and unavailable to me.
Enter the Nashville Public Library. It's one county over and worth the $50 out-of-county fee. It's also where I used to work before being a mommy. Today, I strolled in and got a new library card and put that sucker to work! Internet, yes. Computer catalog, yes, Items on hold, yes. Items checked out, yes. Information on September programming, yes.
It was good to be back at my old library. I made some new friends and left a note for my old boss to look me up!
